I aplogize for taking a hiatus from this blog, however my absence was for many good reaasons. Right now, I'm involved in a a project that will hopefully improve the industry and change how massage therapy commmunicates with the public. The down side is how much time and energy it has taken up, lol.

We are now in full swing of the cold and flu season, and people are beginning to cough and sneeze all around. If you aren't sick then you definitely know others who are sick. Personally speaking, two out of four people in my home are sick. What is a person to do to ward off miserable bacteria viruses from entering your body and wreaking havoc on your immune system?
